For research, development, and implementation of relevant technologies or improved processes for the U.S. shipbuilding and ship repair enterprise that will promote strategic objectives of the NSRP mission. The NSRP mission is: Employ a unique collaborative framework to research, develop, mature, and implement industry-relevant shipbuilding and sustainment technologies and processes, improving efficiency across the U.S. shipyard industrial base and meeting future demand.

Air Force Materiel Command

Seeks research and development (R&D) for Air Force airbase systems.

Office of the Inspector General (DHS)

The over-arching strategy involves the use of this 5-year BAA to quickly and efficiently execute R&D to identify, explore, and demonstrate new technologies and capabilities that will help enable CWMD and stakeholders to prevent, protect against, respond to, and mitigate nuclear, chemical, radiological, and biological threats and incidents. This strategy will provide DHS an acquisition tool with the flexibility to solicit proposals and make awards to provide innovative solutions to countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD), as ever-changing urgent operational issues and capability gaps are identified.
