Alternative Cementitious and Re-Recycled Materials in Concrete Pavements RFP
The research will study concrete pavement test sections using innovative materials and mix designs intended to reduce carbon content. It will also assess the feasibility of using re-recycled concrete materials in a test section exposed to Minnesota’s extreme climate. The selected research team will monitor, analyze, and report on MnROAD test sections and their materials, with the work supporting recommendations and guidance on adoption.
