Alling Memorial Golf Course Renovation Project Holes # 1, 8, 9, 10, 18 & Putting Green

Description: Work includes 300 LF 100.0 silt fence; 12 EA 200.1 rebuild sand bunker construction (1,150 SF avg with average 100 LF new perforated drainage inside and two 6" vents included as well as capillary concrete base. Sand bunkers rebuilt practically in-place with minimal sod replacement and connecting to existing solid 4" pipe exiting the sand bunker); 30,000 SF 300. 1 sodding (tall turf type fescue for rough) (surrounding sand bunkers (if needed) and area surrounding the new putting green area); 4,000 SF 300.2 sodding (bentgrass for putting green).
