ALLEY ROADWAY SNOWPLOWING 2026-2027 INITIAL SEASON

Description: The City of Rochester seeks contractors to plow designated alley-roadway routes for the 2026–2027 snow season, which runs October 15 through April 15 unless extended. Each awarded route requires a maintained four-wheel-drive pickup fitted with a City-approved Hydroturn plow and an operator, with equipment subject to inspection. Contractors are paid per route for satisfactory completion, and the City specifies a $5,000 minimum payment per route for fully performed service.
