Alan Magee Scaife Hall East Addition (Request for Qualifications)

Description: Provide construction of a new infrastructure to support a new east wing to house new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems; expanded building footprint through construction of a new building addition (approx 11,454 SF) to abut the existing, east face, exterior wall to contain new mechanical rooms at Floors 3-10, containing new replacement mechanical equipment to service the east wing, new access openings, and associated stairwell renovations; new electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems; existing rooftop work for replacement exhaust air systems, new roofing, and support structural work at the roof; and restoration of the existing DeSoto Street Plaza under the addition; as well as replacement landscaping and new site lighting.
