Alan Magee Scaife Hall East Addition RFP

Description: New infrastructure to support a new east wing to house new mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems; expanded building footprint through construction of a new building addition (approx. 11,454 SF) to abut the existing east face. Exterior wall to contain new mechanical rooms at Floors 3-10, containing new replacement mechanical equipment to service the east wing, new access openings, and associated stairwell renovations; new electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems; existing roof top work for replacement exhaust air systems, new roofing, and support structural work at the roof; and restoration of the existing DeSoto Street Plaza under the addition; as well as replacement landscaping and new site lighting.
