The vendor shall include all costs for this requirement to include but not limited to overhead, materials, packaging, shipping and offloading of materials. The contractor must provide the required filters and belts that meet or exceed the specifications for each filter and belt described under the specifications section of this document. MERV 9 Pleated Pre-Filter Specifications: Pressure Drop resistance 0.38” W.G. for 1” deep, 0.22” W.G. for 2” deep, and 0.17” W.G. for 4” deep filters at 2000CFM and 500 FPM operating resistance. Frame construction will consist of a die cut box beverage board frame with double thickness in the perimeter wall. A heavy-duty galvanized metal pleat support grid laminated to the media for rigidity and to maintain pleat spacing. See attached file.
