AI2C Building Renovation Building Commissioning Services

Description: Randolph Community College is seeking building and building-systems commissioning services for its AI2C building renovation project. The project will renovate an approximately 25,000-square-foot unoccupied warehouse into the Applied Industrial Artificial Intelligence Center of North Carolina, including classroom and laboratory space for artificial intelligence, agribusiness, building trades, and customized training. The selected vendor will provide design input, construction and quality-assurance oversight, and testing in coordination with the design architect, general contractor, and owner through owner occupancy.
