Agriculture Outlease at NAS Fallon Parcels 4A04/4A07
The Department of the Navy is offering a five-year agricultural lease, with one optional five-year renewal, for approximately 422 acres of irrigated cropland and rangeland at Naval Air Station Fallon, Nevada. The lessee must pay annual cash rent and perform all required soil- and water-conservation work at its own expense, while satisfying performance-bond, security-deposit, and Defense Production Act questionnaire requirements. The award will go to the lowest responsive bid, with hard-copy and electronic submissions due by October 14, 2026, at 2:00 PM PDT.
