Actuarial Services 2027-2032 RFP

Description: The Central New York Regional Transportation Authority is seeking a professional organization to provide actuarial services under solicitation 2026-18 for a five-year term from April 1, 2027, through March 31, 2032. The contractor will provide actuarial valuation reports for the Salaried Employees Retirement Plan, the Non-Salaried Employees Retirement Plan, and the Utica Transit Service Corporation Pension Plan, including calculating the Actuarially Determined Employer Contribution for each fiscal year. Proposals are due through the Authority’s Bonfire portal by October 14, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. EDT, and the solicitation sets a 30% M/WBE participation goal, split between 15% MBE and 15% WBE.
