The work consists of destroying existing water supply well, grouting in-place a steel conductor casing, maintaining a drilling fluid program, drilling a production borehole beneath the conductor casing, performing surveys in the completed borehole, installing casing assembly, equipping the casing with centralizers, installing a still well in the casing, installing a gravel fill pipe, installing a graded gravel envelope, and placing sand/cement annular seal.

San Joaquin County is soliciting qualifications for a progressive design-build contractor to deliver the BE WELL Phase 2 Campus, including multiple residential/treatment buildings, a support building, sitework, parking, landscaping, and amenities. The project is planned in two phases (Preconstruction and Construction), with an estimated construction budget of approximately $60,000,000 and expected completion in 2029.
