Aberdeen Proving Ground Plumbing Repair RFP

Description: Minor construction and facility restoration services. Demolition of existing tile and concrete flooring, wet-saw cutting of 205 LF of concrete, and trench excavation. This provides access to replace a failing cast Iron main drain line and branch lines with new schedule 40 PVC. Subsequent architectural restoration includes repouring the concrete subfloor, applying floor leveling thinset, and installing approx. 2,000 SF of ceramic tile in a patterned design.
