Provide handyman to provide minor home maintenance and repair services for client properties under its care and supervision, projects may include, but are not limited to, sheet rock repair, stucco repair, door replacement, door frame repair, and window repair or replacement. Repairs often require projects start within 48 hours to address safety hazards or urgent property conditions. Services will be rendered on an as-needed basis, The absence of a standing contract with a handyman requires PAPG staff to seek bids for each repair, creating delays that can compromise client safety and prolong time-sensitive property needs.
