Description: The City of Spokane, through the Spokane United 911 Network, seeks firms to provide embedded clinical services within its 911 call-processing and dispatch operations. Licensed behavioral-health clinicians will conduct real-time crisis assessments, telephonic de-escalation, and referrals or diversions to mobile-crisis and community-based services, with related triage protocols, training, and performance reporting. The one-year contract may be renewed for one additional year, and responsive proposals must be submitted electronically through the City’s procurement portal by the stated deadline.
