7E--Intent to Award Notice - USGS Custom Camera Units

Description: The U.S. Geological Survey intends to make a sole-source award for three custom wildlife cameras supporting amphibian migration and invertebrate biodiversity research conducted through the University of Maine Cooperative Fish and Wildlife Research Unit. Required capabilities include high-resolution nearfield imaging, non-infrared triggering, artificial-intelligence species identification, remote NEON data-hub connectivity, automated warnings and self-cleaning, continuous operation for at least 60 days, and resistance to harsh weather.
