7B--UPGRADE SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM - DOJ

Description: The Department of the Interior’s Bureau of Indian Affairs, through its Indian Education Acquisition Office, is soliciting an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise set-aside to upgrade the surveillance system at the Crownpoint Judicial Complex in Crownpoint, New Mexico. The existing surveillance system is non-operational, creating safety, security, and liability concerns due to the lack of video evidence for incidents, and the project is intended to meet detention-facility standards and federal oversight requirements. Work includes installation and integration of surveillance equipment and wiring, full system and acceptance testing with facility staff, and on-site training for designated personnel on operation and troubleshooting.
