Electronic Disease Surveillance System (EDSS)

Description: The State of South Dakota, through the South Dakota Department of Health and in coordination with the Bureau of Information and Technology, is soliciting proposals for a secure, configurable, interoperable, and supportable Electronic Disease Surveillance System (EDSS) and associated implementation services. The selected offeror will provide the platform, configuration, integration, data migration, reporting and analytics enablement, testing, training, go-live, transition, and ongoing support. The procurement is an open, non-grant RFP intended to replace or modernize the State’s current EDSS system and support statewide communicable-disease surveillance.
