Description: DESIGN/BUILD project. Removing the existing hot mix asphalt overlay down to the existing concrete and replacing with hot mix asphalt pavement (Note: a concrete overlay will not be considered for the Project). Replacement of two mainline bridges to accommodate future corridor widening and the repair of mainline and overhead bridges. Regrading median ditch, clean inlets and storm sewers and installation of erosion controls. Removal, replacement and upgrade of bridge guardrails and median cable guardrails. Installation of new underdrains on both sides of the highway sections. Replacement of signage, interchange lighting and Weigh-In Motion facilities.
