721-27003 - Stairwell 1 Upgrade Fire Doors to meet Code RFP

Description: The University of Texas at Austin, on behalf of Planning, Design and Construction, is soliciting bids to upgrade four fire doors at Stairwell 1 of the Peter T. Flawn Academic Center in Austin, Texas. The work includes replacing existing door pairs with new 90-minute-rated doors, supplying and installing all required hardware, and demolishing and removing the existing doors and hardware.
