Work includes 37 SY stone riprap, class A4; 9,364' longitudinal joint sealant; 1,753 ton hot-mix asphalt binder course, IL-9.5FG, N70; 330 ton hot-mix asphalt binder course, il-19. 0, n70; 2,305 ton hot-mix asphalt surface course, IL-9.5, mix "C", N70; 249 SY portland cement concrete driveway pavement, 6"; 24,702 SY hot-mix asphalt surface removal, 1 1/2"; 532 SY welded wire reinforcement; 5 SY class C patches, type I, 12"; 637 SY class C patches, type IV, 12"; 9,697 SY hot-mix asphalt shoulders, 8"; 64' precast concrete box culverts 4' x 2'; 80' precast concrete box culverts 4' x 3'.

Loudoun County

Project includes a grade separated barbell interchange at the existing Route 690 (Hillsboro Road) overpass over the Route 7 bypass. This will consist of a new Route 690 bridge with 2 (two) roundabouts on either side, on and off ramps from Route 7, widening of Route 7 and its two (2) bridges over Catoctin Creek, and two (2) stormwater facilities. The general scope of work includes, but is not limited to, all surveying, construction layout, maintenance of traffic, earthwork (including the removal of unsuitable material), rock excavation, erosion & sediment control, other environmental controls.

Project work consists of SH 69 resurfacing.
