485 - Door For Nottingham-Guard House
The City of Cleveland is seeking bids to supply and install a custom sidelite frame and metal door for the Nottingham guard house, along with hinges, a closer, an electric strike, weatherstripping, and insulated glass; the existing mortise lockset is to be reused. Bids must include shipping and installation costs, product and warranty information, proof that the bidder is an authorized distributor and installer, and delivery timing. The City will evaluate unit price and delivery time, and bids are due October 15, 2026, at 3:00 p.m.
