48-inch Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Oklahoma River and I-35

Description: The scope of work and budget presented includes surface preparation, environmental conditioning, and installation of AWWA Class IV Stand-alone internal CFRP Lining System of three (3) 48" diameter ductile iron gravity pipes located under 15 feet of soil cover and below a river at two different locations. Each pipe is approx. 180 LF in length and 1,000 LF, exact lengths need to be confirmed. The gravity sewer pipes had several holes in them, which caused two recent sink holes. They are significantly filled with debris and need to be cleaned out, water intrusion mitigated to address the several holes in the pipe and then lined with CFRP. Work includes 600 LF of sewer main rehabilitation; 600 LF of cleaning sewer line; 1,200 LF of CCTV inspection pre and post construction; 2 EA remove and replace manhole riser for entry; 1 LS erosion and sediment control; 1 EA point repair; 1 LS manhole rehab.
