Cleaning ditch making it smooth and water flows freely like it does north of pink line on roadway. Any extra dirt and debris will need to be hauled away. After clearing the ditch area it will need to be seeded and straw matting placed to prevent erosion.

The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all operations necessary for litter and debris removal, mowing, edging, line trimming, blowing, tree pruning, clearing, hauling, and disposal of litter and debris generated by this process for city controlled outfall ditches and right of ways of various lengths, widths, and depths in one of the four (4) designated areas (east, south, west, and north) located in the city of jacksonville. Mechanical and/or manual labor will be required to accomplish the work.
