43D Air Mobility Squadron FA445226R0013_B753 Conference Room (Request for Proposal)

Description: Architectural: a. Contractor shall be responsible for moving and/or the disassembly of any furniture necessary to complete all work in the conference room space. B. Contractor shall demolish all wallpaper and cove base. C. Contractor shall repair all defects in drywall and level 5 finish on all wall surfaces d. Contractor shall demolish and remove all carpeting in the conference room e. Contractor shall apply primer and two layers of paint. Painted surface must be uniform in color and texture appearance. F. Contractor shall install cove base of complimentary color iaw manufacturers specifications. G. Contractor shall install 24x24 carpet square in space iaw installation design guide, throughout the whole conference room. See attached file.
