On the existing foundation at the original location, the previous building included a 12' x 16' office and an 8' x 12' restroom; the replacement shall maintain this program, the shop area will be used for maintenance, storage, and office functions, including vehicle storage and welding activities, construct a 40' x 100' metal equipment/sand storage building with a 16' eave height on the south end of the parce.
