Gather information from child care providers about their training needs and develop and offer training that addresses their needs or determine whether other sources in their community could accommodate their training needs to eliminate duplication of services; 4. Offer classes at various locations and times statewide, including web-based training, in response to results of surveying training needs; 5. Plan for recruitment and at least 80% attendance for each instructor-led training session; 6. Capture data on the number of individuals who have completed training sessions; and 7. Capture data on the number, kinds of courses offered in the training sessions, and training delivery methods.
