Offer classes at various locations and times statewide, including web-based training, in response to results of surveying training needs; 5. Plan for recruitment and at least 80% attendance for each instructor-led training session; 6. Capture data on the number of individuals who have completed training sessions; and 7. Capture data on the number, kinds of courses offered in the training sessions, and training delivery methods.
