356 Minocqua Street: Floor Stabilization (Request for Proposals)

Description: Floor stabilization. selected contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the following work at the Property: 1. Mobilize to the site and protect all existing finishes, furnishings, adjacent structures, and landscaping not part of the work area. 2. Install low mobility (low-slump) compaction grout beneath the affected family room floor slab in accordance with SEECO's recommendations, to densify the saturated and/or poorly compacted clay fill, decrease and correct ongoing settlement, and increase soil bearing capacity beneath the slab.
