State Road No. 87 at Ray Helms Road Signal RFP
Santa Rosa County is soliciting sealed bids from properly licensed and insured contractors for the construction and installation of a traffic signal at the intersection of State Road No. 87 and Ray Helms Road. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 30, 2026, and questions must be submitted by August 10, 2026.
