2ND AVENUE CRACK FILLING PROJECT RFP

Description: The City of Nitro is soliciting bids for crack filling on approximately 0.7 miles of 2nd Avenue, from 20th Street to 40th Street, across the full roadway width. The work requires labor, materials, equipment, and traffic control to clean all cracks before filling and apply asphalt crack filler while minimizing closures so residents can reach their homes. Bidders must visit the site and take their own measurements, submit a traffic-control plan, timetable, and material specifications, hold a valid West Virginia contractor's license, and obtain a City of Nitro business license before work begins.
