Description: Seeking qualified and experienced subcontractors to furnish all labor, materials, transportation and services for the following trade: electrical and joint trench. Scope of work for electrical and joint trench includes trenching from an exterior pg&e box in the public right of way to a new underground vault location on the public sidewalk, and trenching into the property. Electrical scope of work includes underground installations within the joint trench for a 2,000a service to a new electrical room, installing new subpanels and feeders for 63 residential units. The 63 new residential subpanels and 8 existing commercial subpanels will have new feeders going to the new electrical room on the ground floor.
