The work shall include decommissioning and demolition of the manning water treatment plant and related facilities, and construction of a new above-grade pump station within IRWD’s existing easement. The work shall also include improvements to site access, grading, drainage, new electrical power distribution, instrumentation, controls and completion of all testing, startup, and commissioning.
