The contractor shall perform the project management of the project and shall be skilled in all aspects of construction and project management. Remodel of an existing fire station with an approx. building area of approx. 2,500 SF on the second floor finished.. Contractor's Scope: 1. Design of Fire Station Remodel. 2. Coordination with Owner, Owner’s agents and other Contractors / Suppliers working with Owner. 3. Structural engineering for walls. 4. Construction of the Interior and Exterior Improvements: a. Wall structures and covering b. Flooring c. Ceilings d. Countertops, cabinets, and shelving e. Toilets and sinks f. Windows and doors g. Electrical and lighting h. HVAC i. Hardware j. Material testing as needed k. Water service and connection l. Sewer service and connection 5. Equipment necessary to complete Contractor’s scope. 6. Labor to complete Contractor’s scope including expenses. 7. Continual and final cleanup of Contractors worksite into containers designated by Owner. 8.All normal travel and shipping expenses. 9. Container for final disposal of construction refused and disposal of refuse. 10. Portable sanitary facilities on-site and readily accessible for workers.
