The contractor shall perform the project management of the project and shall be skilled in all aspects of construction and project management. Remodel of an existing fire station with an approx. building area of approx. 2,500 SF on the second floor finished.. Contractor's Scope: 1. Design of Fire Station Remodel. 2.
