27-008 FY26 LMIG Resurfacing Project RFP

Description: The City of Sandy Springs is soliciting competitive sealed bids for milling and resurfacing approximately 22.35 miles of city roadways under the FY26 LMIG Resurfacing Project. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, traffic control, bonds, and related incidentals, perform at least 51% of the work, and be a Georgia Department of Transportation pre-qualified prime contractor.
