Restoration of boilers, included one low pressure boiler and its associated equipment and instrumentation. This boiler must be completely demolished and replaced at an elevated height to prevent future inundation by flood waters during storm events. The work will include the removal of one existing gas boiler, the construction of a masonry enclosure and the installation of ancillary water, steam and electrical equipment. A new gas boiler and any necessary equipment needed to support its operation are to be installed above dry flood elevation ("DFE") and within a new pile-supported steel and concrete structure.
