Description: The project will improve the Yukon Street streetscape between Grandview Avenue and Ralston Road in Olde Town Arvada. Planned improvements include wider concrete sidewalks with decorative brick pavers, safer intersections and pedestrian crossings, parallel parking on Yukon Street, and streetscape amenities such as lighting, trees, planters, benches, bike racks, and trash and recycling bins. The work is intended to make the area more welcoming and walkable while slowing traffic and improving pedestrian safety.
