26-57 Trailer-mounted Hydromulcher

Description: Whatcom County Public Works Equipment Services Division is seeking sealed bids for the purchase of one new, trailer-mounted hydromulcher for use by the Whatcom County Maintenance & Operations Division. Bids are to be received at the Whatcom County Courthouse in Bellingham, Washington, publicly opened at the stated closing time, and late bids will not be considered. Award will be made to the lowest and/or best bidder, and Whatcom County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive irregularities.
