Description: Wake County is seeking a qualified operator, directly or in partnership, to run a low-barrier drop-in shelter at 5010 Second Street in Raleigh, providing shelter seven days a week and connections to stabilizing services. The operator must manage facility operations, ensure safe and timely service, meet local, state, and federal requirements, and provide real-time data as needed.
