Description: The City of Pensacola and its Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) are seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Real Estate Feasibility and Development Advisory Services for the redevelopment of the Baptist Hospital Legacy Campus, a roughly 50-acre site at 1000 W Moreno St, Pensacola, Florida. The selected firm will serve as the City's prime planning and financial feasibility consultant, retaining a Community Engagement Lead and a Community Benefits Lead, and will execute Phases 1 (Community Engagement) and 2 (Development Feasibility Advisory Services) of a three-phase approach culminating in a mixed-income, mixed-use community. The contract term is one year with an option to extend, and the selected firm may perform continuing services for consistency review and other redevelopment advisory services during subsequent phases.
