26-04 - Central Ukiah Circulation Improvement Project - E Clay St. and Leslie St. RFP

Description: The City seeks construction of circulation improvements along East Clay Street between South Main Street and Leslie Street, and Leslie Street between East Perkins Street and East Gobbi Street. The work includes about 0.58 miles of roadway rehabilitation, new bicycle lanes, ADA-compliant sidewalks and curb ramps, and enhanced pedestrian crossings, including a raised crossing with rectangular rapid-flashing beacons. Additional work includes pavement, curb and gutter, driveway, drainage and utility improvements, lighting, landscaping, and street-tree planting.
