Description: The Regional District of Nanaimo invites qualified and experienced firms to submit Statements of Qualifications to help select a consolidated access-control, CCTV, and alarm-system solution and a provider that can support its implementation and ongoing operation. This formal RFSQ seeks the most qualified and experienced service provider able to meet RDN’s requirements, expectations, and timeline. RDN will review submissions and negotiate scope, timeline, and cost with the top-ranked respondent, may approach the next-ranked respondent if negotiations fail, and may elect not to contract or to collapse the process.
