26-014 - Asbestos Abatement Services (Request for Proposals)

Description: The contractor shall provide the labor, materials, equipment, mobilization, demobilization, and disposal fees to abate the asbestos-containing material (amc), asbestos containing caulk or glazing, and pipe insulation under the building from the property. The work shall include barriers and containment to prevent the material from leaving the site. The contractor shall bag and label the asbestos materials and dispose of it properly at an approved location. The contractor shall perform a final cleanup of the areas with asbestos material was found. The contractor shall receive the asbestos survey report with the areas containing asbestos material.
