The Springfield Redevelopment Authority (SRA) is prequalifying firms for Construction Manager at Risk (CM@Risk) services for the Willow Street Parking Structure Project; the work consists of a 2-bay, 5-level precast parking structure of approximately 365–375 spaces with an estimated construction cost of $25,000,000.
