The project will include the design of an additional 1,000,000 gallons of sludge storage in a new above-ground tank with associated aeration/mixing equipment, sludge transfer capability, polymer system, and other appurtenances. The work also includes the repair/replacement of two existing gravity belt thickeners with piping and controls and rehabilitation of the thickener equipment. Also included are the demolition and replacement of the existing mixing systems in the two existing sludge storage tanks, the expansion of the existing blower building, and new electfrical building.
