2027 Milling and Resurfacing Project
The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District is soliciting an electronic lump-sum bid for roadway milling, resurfacing, traffic control, erosion control, signage, pavement markings, and patterned pavement installation. Work covers Bonnet Creek Parkway and adjoining roadways, including Backstage Lane and Overpass Road, as well as Hotel Plaza Boulevard, with resort access maintained during construction. The project requires FDOT prequalification and has a 260-day duration from the November 23, 2026 notice to proceed.
