2027 First-Class Food and Beverage Service for Public Auditorium and Conference Center RFP

Description: The City of Cleveland, Department of Parks and Recreation, in coordination with the Division of the Cleveland Public Auditorium and Conference Center, seeks a professional organization to provide concessions, banquet catering, bar, and beverage services. The selected concessionaire will receive exclusive food-and-beverage service rights at the facility and must operate a full-service program that strengthens the venue’s marketability and revenue.
