2027-2030 On-Call Engineering and Professional Services RFP

Description: The City of San Rafael, through its Department of Public Works, seeks statements of qualifications from consultants and contractors to provide on-call engineering and professional services for City projects. Work includes design and technical studies, plan review, construction and project management, field services, staff augmentation, and services across numerous engineering disciplines. The City intends to establish a three-year pool with a possible one-year extension, and eligible contractors must have a principal office in the San Francisco Bay Area.
