Description: The Henry County Board of Education is soliciting contractors to modify the existing Warhawk Fieldhouse to create new SRO (School Resource Officer) offices, converting roughly 7,000 sq. ft. of the existing structure with exterior, interior, and site work. Exterior scope includes re-roofing, replacement of metal fascia/soffits/gutters, and wall/canopy cleaning; interior scope includes demolition, metal stud/gypsum partitions, restrooms, kitchen, new storefront entry doors and windows, plus new plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems; site work includes removal of grandstands, new parking, dumpster pad, sidewalks, canopy, fencing and landscaping. The contract period is expected to begin August 13, 2026; a non-mandatory pre-bid is scheduled for July 30, 2026; bidders must be registered with PBK Architects (plans/specs holder) and the solicitation response deadline is August 13, 2026.
