Collection system manhole rehabilitation project. Scope of work includes - 1 LS Manhole 03-0034 5' Diameter manhole 5' x 12' manhole with existing T-lock; 1 LS Remove T-lock, hydroblast inside of manhole, repair any deteriorated substrate with high-strength, non-shrink repair mortar, remove existing PVC liner ensuring the embedded Ts of the liner are completely removed from the substrate, apply a 1-3 Mil epoxy primer to all concrete to be lined, topcoat with 125 Mils thickness polyurethane liner (lining will extend from directly beneath the manhole frame to the spring line in the channel), and spark test at 15,000 volts.
