2027-001 (Facilities - Supplies, Equipment and Services) RFP

Description: Mesquite Independent School District is seeking qualified vendors to provide building and automotive maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) supplies, materials, equipment, and related services for district facilities, grounds, equipment, vehicles, and other operations. The solicitation excludes custodial and janitorial supplies and services; it is a qualifying bid that places awarded vendors on the District’s approved vendor list, with purchases made as needed and no guaranteed minimum. Proposals may be submitted while the continuous solicitation is open, with awards made on a rolling basis; the contract term, including renewals, may not extend beyond December 31, 2031.
